• Shipping is available to all governorates via Aramex . The shipment cannot be opened before receipt, and Bino Kids bears part of the shipping fees.

• 99% of orders are delivered within 48 hours of order confirmation, and a maximum of 72 hours in some cases.

• Available payment methods: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Meeza card, or Vodafone Cash.

• Orders can be placed via the app, website, Facebook or WhatsApp, with order tracking through the "My Orders" section.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are allowed within 30 days of the purchase date.
